By using Neural Sniper you accept these terms. Read them carefully — they describe your rights and obligations as a user, and the liability limits of the provider.

1. Wat is Neural Sniper1. What is Neural Sniper

Neural Sniper is een geautomatiseerde sniper-bot voor PancakeSwap op de Binance Smart Chain. Het platform detecteert nieuwe tokens, voert veiligheidsanalyses uit en koopt/verkoopt automatisch op basis van door de gebruiker ingestelde parameters. Het is een hulpmiddel — geen winstgarantie. Neural Sniper is an automated sniper bot for PancakeSwap on the Binance Smart Chain. The platform detects new tokens, performs safety analyses and automatically buys/sells based on user-configured parameters. It is a tool — not a profit guarantee.

2. Verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker2. User responsibility

3. Financiële risico's3. Financial risks

Geautomatiseerd handelen in cryptocurrency kan leiden tot totaal verlies van je inleg. De bot kan tokens kopen die later waardeloos blijken, honeypots die door de filters glippen, of trades die onder slechte marktcondities slecht uitpakken. 4. Account en toegang4. Account and access

De eerste 15 geregistreerde gebruikers krijgen gratis toegang, mits goedgekeurd door de admin. Daarna kost toegang 0.4 BNB voor 30 dagen (Maandabonnement) of 1% per koop + 10% van winst per verkoop (Performance-tier). Toegang is persoonlijk en niet overdraagbaar. The first 15 registered users get free access, subject to admin approval. Afterwards access costs 0.4 BNB for 30 days (Monthly plan) or 1% per buy + 10% of profit per sell (Performance tier). Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Fees en betalingen5. Fees and payments

Betalingen voor het Maandabonnement gebeuren on-chain via MetaMask, direct naar het admin-wallet. Performance-fees worden automatisch verrekend per trade. Alle fees zijn transparant inzichtelijk in je trade-historie. Restituties worden niet verleend, behalve bij technische storingen waarbij je geen gebruik kon maken van het platform. Monthly subscription payments occur on-chain via MetaMask, directly to the admin wallet. Performance fees are automatically deducted per trade. All fees are transparently visible in your trade history. Refunds are not granted, except in case of technical failures that prevented platform use.

6. Beperking aansprakelijkheid6. Limitation of liability

Neural Sniper, de ontwikkelaar en de operator zijn niet aansprakelijk voor: Neural Sniper, its developer and operator are not liable for:

Financiële verliezen door bot-trades (winst noch verlies wordt gegarandeerd)Financial losses from bot trades (neither profit nor loss is guaranteed)
Verliezen door honeypots, rug-pulls of andere scams die door de filters glippenLosses from honeypots, rug-pulls or other scams that slip through filters
Server-uitval, BSC blockchain congestie of PancakeSwap downtimeServer outages, BSC blockchain congestion or PancakeSwap downtime
Gevolgen van gebruik dat de filters omzeilt of risicowaarschuwingen negeertConsequences of usage that bypasses filters or ignores risk warnings
Hacks of inbraken op je eigen wallet door verlies van je private keyHacks or breaches of your own wallet due to private key loss

7. Beëindiging7. Termination

Je kunt je account op elk moment beëindigen door geen verlenging meer te betalen of door de admin te verzoeken het te verwijderen. De operator behoudt zich het recht om accounts te schorsen bij misbruik, onveilig gedrag, of het schenden van deze voorwaarden — zonder restitutie. You may terminate your account at any time by not renewing payment or asking the admin to delete it. The operator reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of abuse, unsafe behaviour, or breach of these terms — without refund.

8. Wijzigingen8. Changes

Deze voorwaarden kunnen op elk moment worden bijgewerkt. Materiële wijzigingen worden via email of bij de eerstvolgende login gecommuniceerd. Voortgezet gebruik van het platform na zo'n wijziging geldt als acceptatie. These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes are communicated via email or at next login. Continued use of the platform after such a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Toepasselijk recht9. Governing law

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde Nederlandse rechter. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
